SiteCrumb shows website owners why people leave their site. One script tag records every visit, spots rage clicks, dead clicks, U-turns and errors, and gives each session a frustration score from 0 to 100, so the few broken sessions rise to the top of hundreds.
What it does
- Recordings: visits played back as a video, with a timeline of pages, custom events, console errors and failed requests. Sessions can be tagged, annotated and shared with a public link.
- Frustration score: rage clicks (three or more on one spot within 700 ms), dead clicks, U-turns and errors add up to a score for every session.
- Heatmaps: click, mouse movement and scroll maps, with period comparison and segments by country, UTM, browser, OS, events and users.
- Funnels: steps built from pages or custom events, where every drop-off links to the recordings of the people who left.
- Feedback and surveys: a feedback tab and NPS or multi-question surveys, with answers next to the recording.
- Events and custom values: one line of JavaScript per event or value, such as a user or Discord ID, to filter recordings, heatmaps and funnels.
The script loads async and sends data in small batches, and single-page apps are tracked automatically. There is a free plan with 35 sessions a day, and every plan gets every feature, unlimited sites and unlimited team members.
